About Me

I have always loved wildlife and have been a wildlife watcher for as long as I can remember but it was only in 1998 that I began to try my hand at photographing the things that I saw.

I began by concentrating on the wildlife of my local area in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire and, in particular, the local Brown hares. They gave me my first photographs and, although since then I have been lucky enough to travel extensively in the UK and sometimes further afield, I still like nothing better than the thrill I get from watching a hare approach my lens.

Over the years my pictures have been published in a number of magazines and other publications, both in the UK and abroad.

In my photography I have tried to record some of the animals that I have seen and some of the wild places that I have been to and to try to convey a sense of what it was like to be there.
